Link has by far the most designs away from any character with 5. His default is Hylian Sword which has him Outfitted which has a sword and shield. The Magic Rod has extended range and excellent group control, but trades it in for reduced defensive abilities. His 3rd weapon, the Gauntlets, grants him super power so as to wield huge, large objects like the Ball and Chain or simply the giant pillars from Ocarina of Time.
